Returns and Cancellations:

You have the right to cancel your order before we despatch it. Orders are normally despatched within five to seven working days. Please call us to let us know about the cancellation on 0161 626 1549.

Goods may be returned within a seven working days cooling off period should you change your mind about the purchase, provided containers are unopened. You will be required to cover the cost of the postage for any returned items.  We suggest that all goods are returned by recorded delivery as jophiel® will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of these products, you must return them to us within seven working days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange where possible, or a full refund after we receive the returned products.  In case of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale we will pay for the postage costs.

Should you wish to cancel before your order is despatched then a full refund will be given.

If you are cancelling your order because you have changed your mind then please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
