Synthetic fragrance – The colour in all our products is from pure natural oils and other natural ingredients.

Our products are preservative free – where indicated.

Our creams and lotions have a natural preservative.

Our products are not tested on animals.

Suitable for Vegans.

CREAM AND LOTION CARE

Shelf life – Because of the natural preservative our creams and lotions will have a very short shelf life and we advise to use whilst still fresh.

Patch test – Always do a patch test 24 hours before using a new product for the first time, even some natural ingredients can occasionally cause irritation, especially if you have sensitive skin.

YOUR RIGHTS

Goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period should you change your mind provided containers are unopened, you will be required to cover the cost of the postage for this. We suggest that all goods are returned by recorded delivery as jophiel® will not be responsible for goods lost in transit.

Should you wish to cancel before your order is despatched then a full refund will be given.
